群馬県は28日より、重症化リスクの高い高齢者や基礎疾患がある人に外出自粛を要請すると発表。
警戒度を「３」に引き上げた。
群馬県の新規感染者は、26日に50人、27日は51人と二日連続で50人を超えるのは初。11月中旬頃から感染者が急増し、この推移でいくと二週間程度で病床が逼迫する可能性があるため、今回の要請に至った。

しかしながら、東京都が実施している営業時間の短縮や、GoToトラベルなどの停止などは行わないとのこと。
